Exercise, fitness and athletic competition offer a multitude of benefits to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. These benefits are even more pronounced for Disabled Veterans. Adaptive sports and other conditioning activities play a crucial role in helping Veterans cope with injuries or illnesses by showcasing what is still achievable through focus on ability.
