The ABBullet CCT is of the highest quality and is built to last.  When you buy from us you are really buying from us.  No middle man or secondary supplier to deal with. We're proud of our product and want you to be happy with it.

If by some chance you find we have made a manufacturing mistake in any item (like broken stitching or other damages when you receive it), you can send it back to us for a free replacement within 30 days of receipt.

You may return unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage (whether that's from not being careful, using it wrong, or just regular use), altered, not taken care of, stored poorly, or mishandled.

If you're not happy with your ABBullet CCT we'll look into the specific situation. The warranty doesn't cover products that are damaged or delivered with defects because of:

• Accidents, misuse, or abuse
• Changes made to the product
• Normal wear and tear*
• Improper storage

Because nutritional supplements are treated as food items we are unable to accept returns for any of our nutritional products.  However, if you are not satisfied with any nutritional product purchase please contact us at supportd@abbullet.com and we will do everything we can to make it right.
