Shipping Policy

At the present time we only ship to customers located in the USA. Your order will ship from one of several facilities located in the US. All orders are typically processed for shipment within 12 hours and shipping times, unless otherwise stated are usually 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Your order is prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days however, many orders are processed and shipped within 12 hours. You can be assured that we do everything within our power to get the items to you as quickly as possible.

To ensure minimum shipping time, please make sure all shipping information provided is correct and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to a wrong address provided by customers. We also cannot be held responsible for shipments delivered to a wrong address by a carrier.

All orders have tracking codes which are provided via email as soon as your order is shipped. If for some reason we are unable to ship an item with a tracking code, we will attempt to contact you for approval.

Full Satisfaction

If for any reason, shipping time takes longer than 6 weeks to arrive, we will give you a full refund for your order should you decide to return it.

In cases that are not under our control , such as extreme weather, postal strikes, etc., and shipping takes longer than expected we will refund your purchase price if you decide to return the product but the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
