Returns & Refunds

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have past since the product was delivered to you we reserve the right to refund for only faulty items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please do not send your item back to the original destination, In some cases we ship from 3rd party logistical centers which will not accept your package. Do not send an item before contacting us for further instructions. An item that is returned without contacting us prior to sending may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or not approved at all.

  1. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery or without prior approval.
  2. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.

Please note that a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from all refunds.

Once your returned item is received and inspected you will receive a notification with arrival notification and an approval/rejection of refund/exchange. If your request is approved a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Order Cancellations

All orders are normally shipped within 12 hours of payment. Order cancellation requests must be made prior to shipment. If an order cancellation request was made after the item was shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order. However, the item can be returned as per the Refund Policy.

Faulty Items

All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. If you receive a damaged or faulty product or encounter any quality issues, please contact us at support@abbullet.com. Send images and/or video demonstrating the defect or damage. Upon inspection we will approve the replacement or refund.

Refunds Due to Delayed Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional details. Our average shipping times are 5-20 days, depending on the destination country. However, in some cases there are delays which are beyond our control. In such cases, shipping times may take longer than expected. In most cases such delays are solved quickly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank/credit card statement. Then contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before the credit is posted. If you have don this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@abbullet.com.

Exchanges

If you are unhappy with the product you received due to damage or faulty equipment we will replace it for you as long as your item is not used, and in the original packaging. When returning any item for any reason other than quality issues that were discussed and approved by us prior to sending the product back, shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please verify eligibility to exchange an item at support@abbullet.com.

Shipping

If you will need to ship an item back to us, for any other reason than it being faulty, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item that is valued at more than $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
